Traditionally Africa has played a minor part in the world Economy but things are changing. 

In 2100, 13 out of the 20 world’s megacities will be in Africa. With the 3 of the wealthiest cities hailing currently hailing from South Africa this could only mean good things for South Africa’s long term economic future. (Dependant obviously on our political outlook)

Personally I feel South African properties are on average still way undervalued compared to some other regions and it will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next 5-10 years.
