All these people are either friends, family, Industry friends, Old Clients or potential clients that contacted me. I have personally met 90% of them. The rest happened on email or phone.

I use email as my main source of communication. Not Spamming people, content will be targeted according to their needs.

Over the years I have learnt that Social Media should be … Social. Just pumping your pages full of listings means users will stop engaging and organic reach falls through the floor. 

Combining a visually rich (photos, Videos, Graphics, Text) Content plan and targeted paid social media marketing plan is the key to reach your buyer.
